ingredients
1. broccoli
2. cherry tomatoes
3. sweet potatoes
4. 豆乾
procedures:
- dry 豆乾, cut into thick slices, fry with medium fire for 1-2min and flip, fry for another 1 min.
- put in spring onion (similar length as the tofu)
- add sauce: light soysauce, 米酒, 蒜蓉,sugar;
- turn to big fire, fry each side for 30 seconds until the sauce evaporates
- fry broccoli with garlics and add mirin to cook
- steam sweet potatoes separately
- pack into lunch box and serve
