ingredients:
1. minced pork/beef/chicken fillet
2. chopped garlic
3. steam tofu
procedures:
1. marinate minced meat with salt, pepper and sugar
2. prepare sauce: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, 紹興酒, water and 粟粉
3. dry tofu and steam for 6 min
4. on the other side stir fry chopped garlic with minced meat, put in sauce, mix well until thickened
5. put stirred meat on top of steamed tofu
6 sprinkle spring onions and serve
