蝦仁豆腐蒸蛋

 ingredients

1. eggs

2. tofu

3. shrimps

(4. broccoli) 


procedures:

- dry tofu and cut into cubes

- mix eggs and water (egg: water = 1:1.5); add in salt and pepper

- put tofu and eggs into bowl

- put shrimps (and brocolli) on top

- steam for 15min 

- serve with soy sauce and sesame oil
