日式滑蛋雞肉豆腐

 Ingredients

1. eggs

2. chicken thighs

3. hard tofu


Procedure:

1. wash and cut the chicken into pieces, season with salt and black pepper

2. dry hard tofu and cut into pieces

3. beat eggs

4. fry chicken thighs till brown, add in tofu 

5. add seasoning: japanese soy sauce, mirin

6. add eggs and cook a until half done

7. sprinkle spring onion
