白汁燉雞肉(低卡版)

 Ingredients:

1. chicken thighs

2. mushroom 蘑葷

3. onions

4. milk/ oat milk


procedures:

- wash and dry the chicken thighs, cut into big pieces, season with salt and black pepper

- cut onions and mushrooms

- fry the chicken thighs and take out for later use

- fry the musrhoom and onions until brown, add in milk (just cover the ingredients), add in pepper and salt (and some corn starch or flour to thicken it)

- cover lid and cook for 3 min
