腐竹三鮮煲

 ingredients:

1. dried fungi

2. 鴻喜菇

3. 腐竹

4. 毛豆

5. 蛋


Procedures

1. soak mushrooms, fungi and tofu sheet  in water until soft

2. fry eggs, cut into squares and for later use

3. fry beans, add mushrooms and fungi, add in the fried eggs

4. add water and boil for 5 min

5. season with salt,  soysauce, and a bit of oyster sauce. 

6. use corn starch to thicken  a bit

7 furnish with spring onion and serve
