 ingredients

1. choi sum or lettuce or 荽茜, 絲瓜

2. tofu

3. 皮蛋


Procedures

1. fry sliced ginger with cut 皮蛋

2. add water and tofu, boil for 2 min

3. add choi sum and boil until cooked

4. season with salt and pepper

5. serve
