ingredients:
1. chicken thighs
2. kimchi
3. 京蔥/洋葱
Procedure
- wash and dry chicken thighs, cut into pieces, season with light soy sauce and sugar
- add in onion, stir fry, and then add kimchi and fry
- cover lid and cook for 3 min
- sprinkle sesame and chopped spring onion
